“As you may know, I have worked in the past in both nursing homes and hospitals. Because many people leave this life from these places, there are experiences which can be shared. And some of them can serve as a warning.+
The hospital had a poltergeist in the pharmacy. It would move meds around, even heavy IV bags. The pharmacy was the hospital morgue for many years. I have found an IV bag on the floor.

The most prominent ghost is well known throughout the facility, and even has a nickname. He can normally be found at the back door, where the funeral homes pick up the deceased patients.

He keeps souls trapped in that corridor. I think that it is their purgatory. I can feel his intent and energy. I challenged him once by walking down “his” corridor, and I felt him rush me from behind. Once was enough. He made his point.

One time while working at the nursing home, on a dementia ward, one of the elderly patients passed away in the middle of the night. He set off his nurse call before he passed away. But he didn’t know that he was dead.

Each night at that time, his alarm bells rang, even when the door had a lock on it. I disconnected the wiring from the alarm, and still it rang. Finally, a nurse left his window open , and shouted to him, telling him that he was dead, and needed to leave now. And he did.
