I had an interesting prayer time last night and thought it might help anyone who, like me, needs a jump start of fervor when you deal with a wandering mind in prayer. I started to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and I was inspired to imagine kneeling at the bedside of someone who was dying alone with the Corona virus. I even had a name, Johnathan, to pray for. The fervor really kicked in, and a few tears.

The “left” is particularly egregious, and the distinction of Left vs Right goes back to prehistoric times. Sinister in Latin means “left handed” and the concept further is expressed directly in scripture.
◦ Ecclesiastes 10:2 “The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left.”
If you have the time, since scripture stated “fools” are inclined to the left, do a quick google search of “Bible fool” and see other references in scripture, they are fitting and in this context very telling. I agree there are evils on either side of the political spectrum, but one side is just evil at its root. One of the sites you may find is: https://www.openbible.info/topics/fool
I would re-look up the passages in a Catholic bible but it is very interesting! As an example Proverbs 15:20 states ” A wise son makes a glad father, but a foolish man despises his mother.”, so those who profess to be christian but reject Mary are fools since she has been given to us as our Mother.
The Church has stated:
◦ The Nature of True Liberty (Libertas Praestantissimum), ENCYCLICAL OF POPE LEO XIII (1888) “But many there are who follow in the footsteps of Lucifer, and adopt as their own his rebellious cry, I will not serve; and consequently substitute for true liberty what is sheer and most foolish license. Such, for instance, are the men belonging to that widely spread and powerful organization, who, usurping the name of liberty, style themselves liberals” (Libertas Praestantissimum, n.14)
◦ “followers of liberalism deny the existence of any divine authority to which obedience is due, and proclaim that every man is the law to himself; from which arises that ethical system which they style independent morality” (Libertas Praestantissimum, n.15)
Those who reject the Church should understand Matthew 7:26 “And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.” and only a chapter later we hear Peter is the Rock the Church is built upon. My background was geology, and if you break off pieces of bedrock you get boulders, and break them up and you get cobbles and as you keep breaking it up you get gravel and eventually sand. The Catholic Church is the bedrock, the orthodox still have the large form and are the boulders and the more distant protestant churches are the sand. As we get major shake-ups or seismic events that which is built on firm bedrock continue to stand, while that built on the shifting sands of time fall.
In our times we should read and consider Psalm 107:17 “Some were fools through their sinful ways, and because of their iniquities suffered affliction;” and see what afflictions are caused by our own foolishness. I will stop here but this could go on and on and on.
Thank you for all you are doing, keep up the good fight!

God Bless to all. Let me start from the beginning. I received a phone call from Maryanne in Vermont. She is sponsoring me to come to Stamford Vermont on Sunday May 31st, and give a talk on Our Lady of the Tear of Joy and she reminded me, that is “Pentecost Sunday” and I will be at the Anthony Hall in Leeds New York the day before on Saturday giving a talk. Tomorrow (May 6th), I am to be interviewed on a cable TV network called “Pro-Life Files” by Maryanne and it is a Pro-Life show. The topic will be my Pro-Life stance and also my ministry. This taping will be available to be aired on other TV cable networks and Face Book, from what I was told and I will give everyone the link to pass it on when I get it.
While talking about Our Lady of the Tear of Joy, Maryanne told me she had a miracle with Our Lady’s image last night. Maryanne told me that she is a type 2 diabetic and she has to take insulin shots. She said last night, her blood sugar dangerously dropped. She went onto to say how she was sweating profusely and started to get confused, dizzy and was extremely physically sick. She also said that her heart will go out of rhythm and when she goes thru this, it feels like getting beaten up. Maryanne said she “grabbed Tear of Joy picture” and placed Our Lady over her pancreas. She started to pray 10 Memorare’s to Our Lady and into the 2nd or 3rd Memorare, Maryanne heard Our Lady say, “Just wait on me.” At the end of the 10th Memorare, Maryanne said, “all symptoms were gone.” She also said that “Never before had I not had to take my medicine. I went back to sleep and had a good sleep.”
Then………. the conversation only gets better. While talking to Maryanne, Fr. Sam from Ridgetown Ontario Canada called me. I told Maryanne, “Hold on, I am getting a phone call and I want you to meet an amazing Priest.” I introduced Fr. Sam to Maryanne and Maryanne told Fr. Sam her miracle with Our Lady’s image and Our Lady interceding for her and then Fr. Sam told his miracle story. For those who are new and haven’t read Fr. Sam’s miracle story which is posted on the website of Our Lady of the Tear of Joy.
Fr. Sam was riding a bike, fell off and was taken to the hospital. One x-ray showed he had a collapsed lung and a 2nd x-ray was taken which showed he had a hole in his lung. A dynamic couple by the name of Jeff & Sue from Windsor Ontario, drove to the hospital and placed Our Lady’s image on his chest and they said the Memorare prayer over him. In short, a 3rd x-ray was done and the doctor came in the room and advised Fr. Sam, “either we have a defective x-ray machine or you had a miracle.” And you know the rest of the story, Fr. Sam went home. AMEN!
As Fr. Sam and Maryanne were talking about Our Lady, Fr. Sam said this about how Our Lady intercedes in our lives, he said, “Mary is a Grea
