It’s time for some photos. And the mailbag.
This is from the Sun (U.K.):
“A photographer has sparked excitement amongst social media users after posting images of what he believes to be the Virgin Mary in the sacred Colombian mountains. Carlos Alzate claims the mother of Jesus appeared for him at the Cerro del Mavecure, an area considered sacred by the Puinave indigenous people. The bizarre images show what looks like a shining white figure floating above a rocky part of the cliff face. In an odd religious moment, the sun hits the mysterious figure and it appears to reflect its own light, local media reported.” [full story, caution tabloid; for discernment only]
Next, over to Medjugorje, in Hercegovina (southern Europe, just east of Italy), where, for the first time in a long time, two of the three remaining daily seers, Ivan Dragicevic and Marija Lunetti, were photographed having an apparition together. This was on Apparition Hill June 23, during an unusual novena requested by the Blessed Mother for 11:30 p.m. each of nine nights.
Does it not bring back memories? (At first all six seers saw Mary together; for many years now, they have been experiencing their widely reported apparitions individually.)
The old days (circa early 1980s):

“Aloha,” wrote Peter Cruz of the Guadalupe Prayer House in Honolulu. “I’m a daily communicant and also have a deep devotion to our Blessed Mother. I’m prompted to share a few photos that I’ve taken that show unusual holy images over Hawaii, where I live.+
“Two photos show images of the Host and Chalice that were unexpectedly manifested after I snapped photos of an unusually brilliant and large full moon over Honolulu. One was taken in August 2023 the second was in May 2024. All other photos I took on those evenings did not show anything but the moon (no chalice), and my subsequent attempts to replicate these two ‘signs’ failed to show the same Eucharistic imagery.+
