Has World War Begun?

The Chinese have been experimenting with this virus for 15 – 20 years and, given other horror stories coming from China, it is reasonable to conclude they have done human experimentation.  They are paranoid about keeping their cases to a minimum using total lockdowns if only a few cases occur.  Is that because they know the long term effects will eventually cripple whole nations and make them easily conquered?  Communisim is committed to ruling the world.
