Officers responding to a 911 call about a robbery Wednesday evening at a home on Winthrop Street near Rogers Avenue in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens found two unconscious and unresponsive people, the NYPD said.
Cops found Stephenson Bonaparte, 65, in front of the home and Hazel Brown, 59, in the back of the house. Both had been stabbed several times, the NYPD said. Brown was dead. Medics brought Bonaparte to Kings County Hospital where he died, police said. The couple was returning home from working at their store, King Soloman Religious Store, when they were attacked.
