Life is suffering. Once we accept that (carry our own crosses), we transcend it. Of sorts, there is ascension.
But there are also very good things out there, waiting for us to earn or claim. When filled with pessimism, the darkness we generate blinds us to them.
Many times, God already has the promotion, the favor, the healing, the joy, that you may share these things and that joy with others.
It’s waiting for you.
With faith, we receive it.
We know what Jesus did with the fish and loaves. God can materialize more than we need at any moment, such that we take what we need, enjoy it, and distribute what is not a necessity.
He doesn’t want hoarding. He doesn’t want greed. But He can be a God of Overflow if He knows that overflow can help others.
“Amen, amen, I say to you, you will weep and mourn, while the world rejoices; you will grieve, but your grief will become joy,” Jesus said (John 16:20-23). “When a woman is in labor, she is in anguish because her hour has arrived; but when she has given birth to a child, she no longer remembers the pain because of her joy that a child has been born into the world.”
He lines up life; He lines up favor; He arranges connections. Open the windows of Heaven.
Too often, we don’t raise our heads high enough to see them.
All we have to do is believe to receive—when it is the season for reception.
Other times, we are given the gift of trials and hardship, but even then, it leads to what? The gift of purification.
God will grant us humility when we seek it and when it is in His timing. Do we seek it? What “gifts of the Spirit” do we yearn for—and recognize when they’re set before us?
Remember not to be greedy. God gives you what you need. The devil gives luxury (to distract you).
Get in agreement with the Flow of God, however that flow is moving. It is the only way to calm. When you honor God, blessings accumulate in your “account.” Ask the Holy Spirit to grant whatever may be in your bin (test or treat). We don’t want to die and see all the ways life on earth could have been more fruitful and fulfilling.
Faith, humility, and love. They are the door keys of Heaven.
