A third “world war” may already have started.
First and foremost is Ukraine and now what seems like a sudden shift of the U.S. position on it—from virtually siding with Russia to now siding with Ukraine. If the U.S. remains with Ukraine—and funds its defense—the battles there are hardly over and could escalate, even spilling over the borders. And with the help of North Korean troops, who already are there.
At the same time, one notes Venezuela, which is aligned with both Russia and now China, is militarizing as if to ready itself for a conflict with the United States. It recently deployed more than 2,500 troops to the Caribbean island of La Orchila for military exercises featuring Russian-made fighter jets armed with anti-ship missiles, ratcheting up tensions after President Donald Trump announced U.S. attacks on three Venezuelan vessels.
One recalls the words from Venezuelan mystic Maria Esperanza, who, referring to her homeland and indicating prophetic events, once said, “It will begin here.”
Speaking about a major coming manifestation of Jesus, the great visionary also said, “He is going to come in silence… People will realize He is among us little by little. His first presentation will be like this, because in those days an innocent person whom He loves a lot will die, an innocent person. This will shock the world, will move the world.” Notes a viewer, “When we hear that Maria Esperanza, in all likelihood, foresaw the assassination of Charlie Kirk and the spiritual awakening that this monstrously evil act has hopefully initiated, could Maria Esperanza’s prediction that ‘It will begin here’ be identified with a wonderful and urgently needed Children’s Rosary initiative?”
Inspired by the words of Saint Padre Pio, who believed that “when one million children pray the Rosary, the world will change,” the campaign has grown into a significant spiritual movement, drawing participation from schools, parishes, and families across continents. The initiative—the twentieth edition of what is technically known as One Million Children Praying the Rosary—takes place October 7 and began right there in Venezuela.
Reports a Catholic outlet: “On October 18, 2005, a group of laypeople organized children and young people to pray the Rosary in the city squares of Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. At one point, it seemed like glitter appeared on the children’s hands while they were praying, which the laypeople said was a sign from Heaven asking them to spread their apostolate.”
During apparitions at the officially approved site of Betania (north of Caracas), those around Esperanza reported witnessing golden glitter fall from the sky.
The Pope has urged a daily Rosary for peace through the month of October.
For if Ukraine and what is transpiring in Israel aren’t sobering enough, there is what could be called a Russian incursion into Eastern and Western Europe, as Putin seems obsessed with recovering republics the old Soviet Union lost and also smiting the Western alliance.
On September 9-10, about twenty drones entered Polish airspace, suspected to have come from Russia via Belarus. Up to four drones were confirmed shot down by NATO aircraft.
So does it seem Russia is taunting and toying with Poland, the first domino of the Soviet Communist bloc to fall, and Poland is building up its surveillance and defensive capabilities—preparing for outright conflict. The country invoked Article Four of the NATO treaty and closed airspace around several airports.
Meanwhile, also in September, several large, unidentified drones were logged over Copenhagen Airport, prompting a four‑hour shutdown. Pay attention to the Danish Prime Minister, who called it “the most serious attack on critical infrastructure” in Denmark’s history. Similar drone sightings forced a temporary closure at Oslo Airport in nearby Norway for several hours, while Lithuania has reported multiple drone incursions into its airspace. (In July a drone entered from Belarus , which borders Ukraine and is closely allied with Russia, and crashed near the Lithuanian border.)
Reports also indicate unidentified drone sightings over military facilities in Germany, the U.K., Romania, and Croatia—in other words, across Europe and down there toward Herzegovina and the major apparition site of Medjugorje, where the Virgin Mary constantly has warned about peace in the world.
Late last year were all the drones over New Jersey.

If that isn’t enough to raise alarms, it certainly is enough to raise eyebrows, as are the recent mysterious power outages from cyberattacks at U.S. airports.
China is rapidly expanding its nuclear submarine fleet and missile capabilities as well as conducting joint military exercises with Russia, demonstrating both support and strategic alignment. It is waiting for the right moment to act in its regional sphere (Taiwan, South China Sea) while reinforcing a broader anti-NATO posture. Iran? It’s stockpiling enriched uranium again.
This comes as European and American weaponry continues to cause destruction to Russian forces in Ukraine (all but a direct engagement) and as U.S. President Donald Trump this week declared belief that Ukraine can regain territories it has lost during the current war. He ridiculed Russia as a “paper tiger.”
Those are strong, provocative words.
At the same time, the U.S. has changed the name of the “Department of Defense” to the “Department of War.”
